My Big Lesson This Year: Every generation has to fight for freedom.
I remember studying American history and learning about the Revolutionary War when I was a child. I remember feeling a sigh of relief at the end of the story and thinking, "thank God that's over and our freedom is secured." What I have learned in the last year is that the struggle to secure freedom is never over. It is a constant generational struggle. A facebook friend, who is a retired school teacher, wrote this to me yesterday:
"Facebook has put a strain on some of my personal friendships. A majority of my friends are teachers and very liberal. Obama is destroying good friendships. It's very sad but they don't understand the dangers our country is in.
Jonathan, my father was born under Lenin, grew up under Stalin, but died a free man in the US. He had many friends that came here from former Soviet Republics as he did. I grew up hearing some bad things. None of them ever saw their families again after escaping one way or another. My father worked against communism and worked here for the government.
This madman is heading us into that direction. It starts with takeovers and demands you snitch on your family and friends or else. I will not die in a Marxist country."
We have to fight for freedom again in this generation. But our fight is different. And thank God - it's easier. But it will demand sacrifice. We may suffer the loss of friendships, or a loss of status in our communities or maybe even a lost job. But our forefathers and those under totalitarian regimes suffered actual loss of life. They suffered brutal physical torture. They suffered permanent life-long separation from family and loved ones. Our sacrifice doesn't even begin to compare to all that. BUT WE MUST MAKE IT.
We have to be willing to make this comparably small sacrifice. The sacrifice we have to make is we have to speak up and speak out. We have to speak up to our friends and neighbors and we have to speak up to our colleagues at work. We can no longer keep quiet.
I have begun to make this sacrifice within the last year. And I have lost friends. I've lost status in my community. I've been ridiculed by people who I thought liked me. I've even lost friends at my church. But we have to do this.
We have to STOP SHUTTING UP. You ever notice that when our voices start to get heard, the Left goes crazy and starts demonizing us until we shut up again.
We were rightly angry and we rightly yelled at our congress people this summer during their town halls. But suddenly the Left said "oh look how primitive and barbarian they are. Look how uncivil they are." And look what happened. We didn't want to be called uncivil so we shut up.
Suddenly we were polite and respectful at the town halls. So polite that they stopped listening!
All my life liberals have intimidated me into shutting up. They've made me feel like I won't get ahead if they discover my true love for America. They've made me feel like I won't be respected if they discover my deep respect for our founding fathers.
Being a half decent person and not wanting to offend anyone - and certainly not wanting to lose the respect of my colleagues and peers I always shut up. I kept quiet - to keep the peace. And it worked! Everyone loved me again the minute I shut up. But in shutting up - I gave the floor to the Left. And they took it and ran with it and now because so many of us kept our mouths shut - out of a desire not to offend anyone - the Radical Left now runs the country.
Last year - in July of last year - something snapped inside me. Something said "you can't keep quiet anymore." Something said, "it is your silence that has allowed this to go so far."
So, I started running ads on Facebook, at my expense. Several thousand dollars worth. Ads exposing the truth about Obama to liberals and independents. I exposed the truth that they weren't getting from the deceptive mainstream media. And not only did I run ads but I also began to speak up in person to people I had always been silent with in the past.
If millions of Americans would do similar things, if we'd all speak up to our liberal friends and let them know we're out there, we'd turn this country around in no time.
But like our retired school teacher, the liberal threats came true. I have lost status. People I know have lost respect for me. I've even lost a few friendships. But that is our sacrifice in this generation - to keep the fight for freedom alive. Our price for telling the truth is a loss of status. A loss of friendships. I admire our school teacher for her courage in being willing to speak up even though everyone she knows is against her. That does take courage.
Because of her and others who came before me, I am more than willing now to pay that price. I hope you are too. If we all sacrifice together, sacrifice what's good for us personally - in order to save the country we love, we can beat this thing.
The price our retired school teacher's family paid in the Soviet Union was a loss of life. The price our founding fathers paid was a great loss of life. Our sacrifice is nothing compared to theirs?

SMASH THE UNION THUG-OCRACY

One of the first orders of business to come up in the new Republican-controlled House of Representatives will be the demand for bailouts of states where expenditures have been especially profligate - California, New York, Michigan, Illinois, and Connecticut. Throughout 2009 and 2010, these states governments have stayed above water by repeated infusions of federal cash. These one-shot stimulus payments must be repeated each year. They are all non-recurring expenditures requiring separate annual appropriations.
The Republican House must say no and hold the line, stopping this raid on the federal Treasury. The cry in the caucus must ring loud: "No More Bailouts!"
But, as the Republicans demand fiscal discipline and refuse to make the citizens of the other, more responsible states subsidize the wayward finances of California and New York, we need to focus on the union power that has forced states, localities, and school boards to raise taxes, borrow money, and - ultimately - to depend on federal bailouts.
These unions have forced contracts on their states, localities, and school boards which provide for ever higher wages, benefits, and pensions. Even now, teachers are on strike in a suburb of Pittsburgh because they feel a 4.5% annual wage increase is inadequate!
The House must create a federal bankruptcy procedure for states that cannot make ends meet requiring, as happens in corporate bankruptcies, that the state governments abrogate all their union contracts. The new state bankruptcy procedure should offer all states - and through them, their localities, counties, and school boards -- the ability to reorganize their finances free of the demands and constraints of their union agreements.
This measure will return our state and local governments to the sovereignty of the people and take them away from the thug-ocracy of public employee unions.
When states like California and New York come to Washington begging for relief, they will threaten us with the closure of their schools and the release of their prison inmates if we deny them subsidy. Liberals and President Obama will try to portray the battle as school children vs. niggardly Republican legislators.
But the real fight will be between school children and citizens on the one hand and unions on the other. The House must shape the issue so that it exposes the real cause of the state shortfalls: The excessive agreements public employee unions have won over the years.
The unions are about to fall prey to what Margaret Thatcher identified as the terminal drawback of socialism - that eventually one runs out of other people's money!
Such an approach will also have a larger political impact.
Election Day 2010 demonstrated the enormous power of public employee unions and their integral relevance to the Democratic Party. In state after state, the vote totals of Democratic candidates, particularly those running for Senate, exceeded the predictions of all pollsters. This gap between pre-election anticipation and Election Day results had one main cause: the militancy, money, and manpower of public employee unions. It was the combined efforts of the SEIU (Service Employees International Union), the NEA (National Education Association), the AFT (American Federation of Teachers), and AFSME (American Federation of State and Municipal Employees) that preserved the Democratic control of the U.S. Senate.
Nate Silver, writing in The New York Times, compared the results of the major public opinion polls for the twenty-one days before the election with the actual results. He found that seven of the eight major polling firms all overestimated the Republican vote, some by as much as an average of four points. Silver's point was to criticize the accuracy of the surveys and, perhaps, to impute a partisan bias to their findings. But it is far more likely that the polls were right and that the election day performance of the Democratic Party's ground game overcame even substantial Republican leads in states like Nevada.

The fiscal crises facing state and local governments and school boards makes these unions and their political clout vulnerable, potentially at the mercy of a Republican controlled House of Representatives. We may, at long last, have a way to liberate our nation from the domination of those who should be our public servants but instead are frequently our union masters.

George Soros You have heard the Name:Now why it is so important you know him!

Here is what (CBS') Mr. (Steve) Kroft's research has turned up. Bit of a read, but it took 4 months to put it together.
"The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States .”
"George Soros is an evil man. He's anti-God, anti-family, anti-American, and anti-good." He killed and robbed his own Jewish people.
What we have in Soros, is a multi-billionaire atheist, with skewed moral values, and a sociopaths lack of conscience. He considers himself to be an elitist world class philosopher, despises the American Way and just loves to do social engineering (change cultures).
György Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros, was born August 12, 1930 in Hungary . Soros' father, Tivadar, was a fervent practitioner of the Esperanto a language invented in 1887, and designed to be the first global language, free of any national identity.
The Schwartz's, who were non-practicing Jews, changed the family name to Soros, in order to facilitate assimilation into the gentile population, as the Nazis spread into Hungary during the 1930s.
When Hitler's henchman Adolf Eichmann arrived in Hungary , to oversee the murder of that country's Jews, George Soros ended up with a man whose job was confiscating property from the Jewish population. Soros went with him on his rounds.
Soros has repeatedly called 1944 "the best year of his life."
"70% of Mr. Soros's fellow Jews in Hungary , nearly a half-million human beings, was annihilated in that year, yet he gives no sign that this put any damper on his elation, either at the time or indeed in retrospect."
During an interview with "Sixty Minute's" Steve Kroft, Soros was asked about his "best year:"
KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson.
SOROS: Yes. Yes.
KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from your fellow Jews, friends and neighbors.
SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.
KROFT: I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?
SOROS: Not, not at all. Not at all, I rather enjoyed it.
KROFT: No feeling of guilt?
SOROS: No, only feelings of absolute power.
In his article, Muravchik describes how Soros has admitted to having "carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble."
Be that as it may. After WWII, Soros attended the London School of Economics, where he fell under the thrall of fellow atheist and Hungarian, Karl Popper, one of his professors. Popper was a mentor to Soros until Popper's death in 1994. Two of Popper's most influential teachings concerned "the open society," and Fallibilism.
Fallibilism is the philosophical doctrine that all claims of knowledge could, in principle, be mistaken. (Then again, I could be wrong about that.)
The "open society" basically refers to a "test and evaluate" approach to social engineering. Regarding "open society" Roy Childs writes, "Since the Second World War, most of the Western democracies have followed Popper's advice about piecemeal social engineering and democratic social reform, and it has gotten them into a grand mess."
In 1956 Soros moved to New York City , where he worked on Wall Street, and started amassing his fortune. He specialized in hedge funds and currency speculation.
Soros is absolutely ruthless, amoral, and clever in his business dealings, and quickly made his fortune. By the 1980s he was well on his way to becoming the global powerhouse that he is today.
In an article Kyle-Anne Shiver wrote for "The American Thinker" she says, "Soros made his first billion in 1992 by shorting the British pound with leveraged billions in financial bets, and became known as the man who broke the Bank of England . He broke it on the backs of hard-working British citizens who immediately saw their homes severely devalued and their life savings cut drastically, almost overnight."
In 1994 Soros crowed in "The New Republic ” that "the former Soviet Empire is now called the Soros Empire." The Russia-gate scandal in 1999, which almost collapsed the Russian economy, was labeled by Rep. Jim Leach, then head of the House Banking Committee, to be "one of the greatest social robberies in human history." The "Soros Empire" indeed.
In 1997 Soros almost destroyed the economies of Thailand and Malaysia . At the time, Malaysia ’s Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad, called Soros "a villain, and a moron." Thai activist Weng Tojirakarn said, "We regard George Soros as a kind of Dracula. He sucks the blood from the people."
The website Greek National Pride reports, "[Soros] was part of the full court press that dismantled Yugoslavia and caused trouble in Georgia , Ukraine and Myanmar [ Burma ]. Calling himself a philanthropist, Soros' role is to tighten the ideological stranglehold of globalization and the New World Order while promoting his own financial gain. He is without conscience; a capitalist who functions with absolute amorality."
France has upheld an earlier conviction against Soros, for felony insider trading. Soros was fined 2.9 million dollars.
Recently, his native Hungary fined Soros 2.2 million dollars for "illegal market manipulation." Elizabeth Crum writes that "The Hungarian economy has been in a state of transition as the country seeks to become more financially stable and westernized. [Soros'] deliberately driving down the share price of its largest bank put Hungary 's economy into a wicked tailspin, one from which it is still trying to recover.
My point here is that Soros is a planetary parasite. His grasp, greed, and gluttony have a global reach.
But what about America ? Soros told Australia ’s national newspaper "The Australian" “ America , as the centre of the globalised financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out," he said, adding that the time has come for "a very serious adjustment" in American's consumption habits. He implied that he was the one with the power to bring this about."
Soros: "World financial crisis was "stimulating" and "in a way, the culmination of my life's work."
Obama has recently promised 10 billion of our tax dollars to Brazil , in order to give them a leg-up in expanding their offshore oil fields. Obama's largesse towards Brazilcame shortly after his political financial backer, George Soros, invested heavily in Brazilian oil (Petrobras).
Tait Trussel writes, "The Petrobras loan may be a windfall for Soros and Brazil , but it is a bad deal for the U.S. The American Petroleum Institute estimates that oil exploration in the U.S. could create 160,000 new, well-paying jobs, as well as $1.7 trillion in revenues to federal, state, and local governments, all while fostering greater energy security and independence."

Back to America . Soros has been actively working to destroy America from the inside out for some years now. People have been warning us. Two years ago news sources reported that "Soros [is] an extremist who wants open borders, a one-world foreign policy, legalized drugs, euthanasia, and on and on. This is off-the-chart dangerous."
In 1997 Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote, "Soros uses his philanthropy to change or more accurately deconstruct the moral values and attitudes of the Western world, and particularly of the American people. His "open society" is not about freedom; it is about license. His vision rejects the notion of ordered liberty, in favor of a PROGRESSIVE ideology of rights and entitlements."
Perhaps the most important of these "whistle blowers" are David Horowitz and Richard Poe. Their book "The Shadow Party" outlines in detail how Soros hijacked the Democratic Party, and now owns it lock, stock, and barrel.
Soros has been packing the Democratic Party with radicals, and ousting moderate Democrats for years.
The Shadow Party became the Shadow Government, which became the Obama Administration.
DiscoverTheNetworks.org (another good source) writes, "By his [Soros'] own admission, he helped engineer coups in Slovakia , Croatia , Georgia , and Yugoslavia . When Soros targets a country for "regime change," he begins by creating a shadow government , a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party he has built in America greatly resembles those he has created in other countries prior to instigating a coup."
November 2008 edition of the German magazine "Der Spiegel," in which Soros gives his opinion on what the next POTUS (President of the U.S. ) should do after taking office. "I think we need a large stimulus package." Soros thought that around 600 billion would be about right.
Soros also said that "I think Obama presents us a great opportunity to finally deal with global warming and energy dependence. The U.S. needs a cap and trade system with auctioning of licenses for emissions rights."
Although Soros doesn't (yet) own the Republican Party, like he does the Democrats, make no mistake, his tentacles are spread throughout the Republican Party as well.
Soros is a partner in the Carlyle Group where he has invested more than 100 million dollars. According to an article by "The Baltimore Chronicle's" Alice Cherbonnier, the Carlye Group is run by "a veritable who's who of former Republican leaders," from CIA man Frank Carlucci, to CIA head [and ex-President] George Bush, Sr.
In late 2006, Soros bought about 2 million shares of Halliburton, Dick Cheney's old stomping grounds.
When the Democrats and Republicans held their conventions in 2000, Soros held Shadow Party conventions in the same cities, at the same time.
In 2008, Soros donated $5,000,000,000 to the DemocraticNational Committee, DNC, to insure Obama's win and wins for many other Alinsky trained Radical Rules Anti-American Socialist. George has been contributing a $ billion plus to the DNC since Clinton came on the scene.
Soros has dirtied both sides of the aisle, trust me. And if that weren't bad enough, he has long held connections with the CIA.
And I mustn't forget to mention Soros' involvement with the MSM (Main Stream Media), the entertainment industry (e.g. he owns 2.6 million shares of Time Warner), and the various political advertising organizations he funnels millions to. In short, George Soros controls or influence most of the MSM. Little wonder they ignore the TEA PARTY, Soro's NEMESIS.
As Matthew Vadum writes, "The liberal billionaire-turned-philanthropist has been buying up media properties for years in order to drive home his message to the American public that they are too materialistic, too wasteful, too selfish, and too stupid to decide for themselves how to run their own lives."
Richard Poe writes, "Soros' private philanthropy, totaling nearly $5 billion, continues undermining America ’s traditional Western values. His giving has provided funding of abortion rights, atheism, drug legalization, sex education, euthanasia, feminism, gun control, globalization, mass immigration, gay marriage and other radical experiments in social engineering."

What we have in Soros, is a multi-billionaire atheist, with skewed moral values, and a sociopaths lack of conscience. He considers himself to be an elitist world class philosopher, despises the American Way and just loves to do social engineering (change cultures).
György Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros, was born August 12, 1930 in Hungary . Soros' father, Tivadar, was a fervent practitioner of the Esperanto a language invented in 1887, and designed to be the first global language, free of any national identity.
The Schwartz's, who were non-practicing Jews, changed the family name to Soros, in order to facilitate assimilation into the gentile population, as the Nazis spread into Hungary during the 1930s.
When Hitler's henchman Adolf Eichmann arrived in Hungary , to oversee the murder of that country's Jews, George Soros ended up with a man whose job was confiscating property from the Jewish population. Soros went with him on his rounds.
Soros has repeatedly called 1944 "the best year of his life."
"70% of Mr. Soros's fellow Jews in Hungary , nearly a half-million human beings, was annihilated in that year, yet he gives no sign that this put any damper on his elation, either at the time or indeed in retrospect."
During an interview with "Sixty Minute's" Steve Kroft, Soros was asked about his "best year:"
KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson.
SOROS: Yes. Yes.
KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from your fellow Jews, friends and neighbors.
SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.
KROFT: I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?
SOROS: Not, not at all. Not at all, I rather enjoyed it.
KROFT: No feeling of guilt?
SOROS: No, only feelings of absolute power.
In his article, Muravchik describes how Soros has admitted to having "carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble."
Be that as it may. After WWII, Soros attended the London School of Economics, where he fell under the thrall of fellow atheist and Hungarian, Karl Popper, one of his professors. Popper was a mentor to Soros until Popper's death in 1994. Two of Popper's most influential teachings concerned "the open society," and Fallibilism.
Fallibilism is the philosophical doctrine that all claims of knowledge could, in principle, be mistaken. (Then again, I could be wrong about that.)
The "open society" basically refers to a "test and evaluate" approach to social engineering. Regarding "open society" Roy Childs writes, "Since the Second World War, most of the Western democracies have followed Popper's advice about piecemeal social engineering and democratic social reform, and it has gotten them into a grand mess."
In 1956 Soros moved to New York City , where he worked on Wall Street, and started amassing his fortune. He specialized in hedge funds and currency speculation.
Soros is absolutely ruthless, amoral, and clever in his business dealings, and quickly made his fortune. By the 1980s he was well on his way to becoming the global powerhouse that he is today.
In an article Kyle-Anne Shiver wrote for "The American Thinker" she says, "Soros made his first billion in 1992 by shorting the British pound with leveraged billions in financial bets, and became known as the man who broke the Bank of England . He broke it on the backs of hard-working British citizens who immediately saw their homes severely devalued and their life savings cut drastically, almost overnight."
In 1994 Soros crowed in "The New Republic ” that "the former Soviet Empire is now called the Soros Empire." The Russia-gate scandal in 1999, which almost collapsed the Russian economy, was labeled by Rep. Jim Leach, then head of the House Banking Committee, to be "one of the greatest social robberies in human history." The "Soros Empire" indeed.
In 1997 Soros almost destroyed the economies of Thailand and Malaysia . At the time, Malaysia ’s Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad, called Soros "a villain, and a moron." Thai activist Weng Tojirakarn said, "We regard George Soros as a kind of Dracula. He sucks the blood from the people."
The website Greek National Pride reports, "[Soros] was part of the full court press that dismantled Yugoslavia and caused trouble in Georgia , Ukraine and Myanmar [ Burma ]. Calling himself a philanthropist, Soros' role is to tighten the ideological stranglehold of globalization and the New World Order while promoting his own financial gain. He is without conscience; a capitalist who functions with absolute amorality."
France has upheld an earlier conviction against Soros, for felony insider trading. Soros was fined 2.9 million dollars.
Recently, his native Hungary fined Soros 2.2 million dollars for "illegal market manipulation." Elizabeth Crum writes that "The Hungarian economy has been in a state of transition as the country seeks to become more financially stable and westernized. [Soros'] deliberately driving down the share price of its largest bank put Hungary 's economy into a wicked tailspin, one from which it is still trying to recover.
My point here is that Soros is a planetary parasite. His grasp, greed, and gluttony have a global reach.
But what about America ? Soros told Australia ’s national newspaper "The Australian" “ America , as the centre of the globalised financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out," he said, adding that the time has come for "a very serious adjustment" in American's consumption habits. He implied that he was the one with the power to bring this about."
Soros: "World financial crisis was "stimulating" and "in a way, the culmination of my life's work."
Obama has recently promised 10 billion of our tax dollars to Brazil , in order to give them a leg-up in expanding their offshore oil fields. Obama's largesse towards Brazilcame shortly after his political financial backer, George Soros, invested heavily in Brazilian oil (Petrobras).
Tait Trussel writes, "The Petrobras loan may be a windfall for Soros and Brazil , but it is a bad deal for the U.S. The American Petroleum Institute estimates that oil exploration in the U.S. could create 160,000 new, well-paying jobs, as well as $1.7 trillion in revenues to federal, state, and local governments, all while fostering greater energy security and independence."

Back to America . Soros has been actively working to destroy America from the inside out for some years now. People have been warning us. Two years ago news sources reported that "Soros [is] an extremist who wants open borders, a one-world foreign policy, legalized drugs, euthanasia, and on and on. This is off-the-chart dangerous."
In 1997 Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote, "Soros uses his philanthropy to change or more accurately deconstruct the moral values and attitudes of the Western world, and particularly of the American people. His "open society" is not about freedom; it is about license. His vision rejects the notion of ordered liberty, in favor of a PROGRESSIVE ideology of rights and entitlements."
Perhaps the most important of these "whistle blowers" are David Horowitz and Richard Poe. Their book "The Shadow Party" outlines in detail how Soros hijacked the Democratic Party, and now owns it lock, stock, and barrel.
Soros has been packing the Democratic Party with radicals, and ousting moderate Democrats for years.
The Shadow Party became the Shadow Government, which became the Obama Administration.
DiscoverTheNetworks.org (another good source) writes, "By his [Soros'] own admission, he helped engineer coups in Slovakia , Croatia , Georgia , and Yugoslavia . When Soros targets a country for "regime change," he begins by creating a shadow government , a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party he has built in America greatly resembles those he has created in other countries prior to instigating a coup."
November 2008 edition of the German magazine "Der Spiegel," in which Soros gives his opinion on what the next POTUS (President of the U.S. ) should do after taking office. "I think we need a large stimulus package." Soros thought that around 600 billion would be about right.
Soros also said that "I think Obama presents us a great opportunity to finally deal with global warming and energy dependence. The U.S. needs a cap and trade system with auctioning of licenses for emissions rights."
Although Soros doesn't (yet) own the Republican Party, like he does the Democrats, make no mistake, his tentacles are spread throughout the Republican Party as well.
Soros is a partner in the Carlyle Group where he has invested more than 100 million dollars. According to an article by "The Baltimore Chronicle's" Alice Cherbonnier, the Carlye Group is run by "a veritable who's who of former Republican leaders," from CIA man Frank Carlucci, to CIA head [and ex-President] George Bush, Sr.
In late 2006, Soros bought about 2 million shares of Halliburton, Dick Cheney's old stomping grounds.
When the Democrats and Republicans held their conventions in 2000, Soros held Shadow Party conventions in the same cities, at the same time.
In 2008, Soros donated $5,000,000,000 to the DemocraticNational Committee, DNC, to insure Obama's win and wins for many other Alinsky trained Radical Rules Anti-American Socialist. George has been contributing a $ billion plus to the DNC since Clinton came on the scene.
Soros has dirtied both sides of the aisle, trust me. And if that weren't bad enough, he has long held connections with the CIA.
And I mustn't forget to mention Soros' involvement with the MSM (Main Stream Media), the entertainment industry (e.g. he owns 2.6 million shares of Time Warner), and the various political advertising organizations he funnels millions to. In short, George Soros controls or influence most of the MSM. Little wonder they ignore the TEA PARTY, Soro's NEMESIS.

President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached.
He is slowly - piece by painful piece - erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there - yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above - one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It's time for him to go.
He has abused his office and violated his oath to uphold the Constitution. His health care overhaul was rammed through Congress. It was - and remains - opposed by a majority of the people. It could only be passed through bribery and political intimidation. The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, the $5 billion Medicaid set-aside for Florida Sen. Bill Nelson - taxpayer money was used as a virtual slush fund to buy swing votes. Moreover, the law is blatantly unconstitutional: The federal government does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power.
Yet Obamacare's most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion. Pro-lifers are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide. It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens. Traditionalists - evangelicals, Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews - have been made complicit in an abomination that goes against their deepest religious values. As the law is implemented (as in Pennsylvania) the consequences of the abortion provisions will become increasingly apparent. The result will be a cultural civil war. Pro-lifers will become deeply alienated from society; among many, a secession of the heart is taking place.
Mr. Obama is waging a frontal assault on property rights. The BP oil spill is a case in point. BP clearly is responsible for the spill and its massive economic and environmental damage to the Gulf. There is a legal process for claims to be adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia's Vladimir Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be raided to serve a political agenda. Billions will be dispensed arbitrarily in compensation to oil-spill victims - much of it to Democratic constituents. This is cronyism and creeping authoritarianism.
Mr. Obama's multicultural socialism seeks to eradicate traditional America. He has created a command-and-control health care system. He has essentially nationalized the big banks, the financial sector, the automakers and the student loan industry. He next wants to pass "cap-and-trade," which would bring industry and manufacturing under the heel of big government. The state is intervening in every aspect of American life - beyond its constitutionally delegated bounds. Under Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper.
To provide the shock troops for his socialist takeover, Mr. Obama calls for "comprehensive immigration reform" - granting amnesty to 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens. This would forge a permanent Democratic electoral majority. It would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty. Amnesty rewards lawlessness and criminal behavior; it signifies the surrender of our porous southern border to a massive illegal invasion. It means the death of American nationhood. We will no longer be a country, but the colony of a global socialist empire.
Rather than defending our homeland, Mr. Obama's Justice Department has sued Arizona for its immigration law. He is siding with criminals against his fellow Americans. His actions desecrate his constitutional oath to protect U.S. citizens from enemies foreign and domestic. He is thus encouraging more illegal immigration as Washington refuses to protect our borders. Mr. Obama's decision on this case is treasonous.
As president, he is supposed to respect the rule of law. Instead, his administration has dropped charges of voter intimidation against members of the New Black Panther Party. This was done even though their menacing behavior was caught on tape: men in military garb brandishing clubs and threatening whites at a polling site. A Justice Department lawyer intimately involved in the case, J. Christian Adams, resigned in protest. Mr. Adams says that under Mr. Obama, there is a new policy: Cases involving black defendants and white victims - no matter how much they cry for justice - are not to be prosecuted. This is more than institutionalized racism. It is an abrogation of civil rights laws. The Justice Department's behavior is illegal. It poses a direct threat to the integrity of our democracy and the sanctity of our electoral process.
Corruption in the administration is rampant. Washington no longer has a government; rather, it has a gangster regime. The Chicago way has become the Washington way. Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is a political hit man. He is an amoral, ruthless operator. It was Mr. Emanuel who reached out to Rep. Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrat, offering a high-ranking job in the hopes of persuading Mr. Sestak to pull out of the primary against Sen. Arlen Specter. It was Mr. Emanuel who offered another government position to Andrew Romanoff to do the same in the Colorado Democratic Senate primary. And it was Mr. Emanuel - as the trial of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has revealed - who acted as the go-between to try to have Valerie Jarrett parachuted into Mr. Obama's former Senate seat. The only question was: What did Mr. Blagojevich want in exchange?
This is not simply sleazy Chicago machine politics. It is the systematic breaking of the law - bribery, attempt to interfere (and manipulate) elections using taxpayer-funded jobs, influence peddling and abuse of power.
The common misperception on the right is that Mr. Obama is another Jimmy Carter: an incompetent liberal whose presidency is being reduced to rubble under the onslaught of repeated failures. The very opposite, however, is true. He is the most consequential president in our lifetime, transforming America into something our Founding Fathers would find not only unrecognizable, but repugnant. Like all radical revolutionaries, he is consumed by the pursuit of power - attaining it, wielding it and maximizing it. Mr. Obama's fledgling thug state must be stopped.
If Republicans win back Congress in November, they should - and likely will - launch formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration. Rep. Darrell Issa, California Republican and ranking member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has promised as much. Mr. Obama has betrayed the American people. Impeachment is the only answer. This usurper must fall.

He is the most consequential president in our lifetime, transforming America into something our Founding Fathers would find not only unrecognizable, but repugnant. If Republicans win back Congress in November, they should - and likely will - launch formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration. Rep. I'm writing to ask you to REJECT ANY Anti-Gun agreements and Protect the Second Amendment against the anti-gun United Nations Arms Trade Treaty and ANY "gun ban" agreement to repeal the Second Amendment to the Constitution.
I the undersigned, as a citizen of the United States, do hereby demand that you vote "NO" on the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The Founding Fathers knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote the Second Amendment -- they were giving the people the right to defend themselves against all threats -- including the threat of an oppressive government at the State and Federal level.
The treaty calls for tougher licensing requirements. That means everyday, law-abiding Americans will be subjected to even more bogus bureaucracy to obtain a firearm. It is unfathomable that regular citizens would be treated just like the criminals the treaty claims to protect us from. The Arms Trade Treaty will hijack and destroy all weapons that are classified as “unauthorized.” What exactly classifies a firearm as "unauthorized" is up to the liberal gun-haters. The treaty will ban the trade, sale, and private ownership of most semi-automatic weapons. Clinton, Obama and their anti-liberty cohorts are also calling for an INTERNATIONAL GUN REGISTRY that would pave the way to eventually disarming every American citizen.
If history is an accurate guide, banning guns would only embolden criminals and encourage crime, leaving Americans defenseless and allow the uncontrolled and unacceptable to happen, making family security even worse than it is now.
Further, The UN Arms Trade Treaty would be impossible to administer and even more unlikely to be enforced. Gun control is about government controlling the people - NOT about making people safe.
That's what's at stake here. Our freedom. Our future.
The most important job you have to do right now is to protect U.S. citizens Second Amendment rights.

Obama's War on America's Seniors

Seniors citizens probably provided less support for President Obama in the 2008 election than any other voter bloc. That reflects the wisdom of age. But for President Obama, apparently it's payback time, because he is conducting a comprehensive economic assault on America's senior citizens.
First He Trashed Medicare
A Democrat campaign theme this fall is that those scary Republicans want to end Medicare as we know it. But that is not possible, because President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democrats have already done that, in Obamacare.
The Chief Actuary for Medicare has publicly reported that the Medicare payment rates for the doctors and hospitals serving seniors will be cut by 30% over the next 3 years. By 2019, those Medicare payment rates will be lower than under Medicaid, which leaves the poor often unable to find doctors and hospitals willing to serve them. Medicare's Chief Actuary reports that ultimately under Obamacare Medicare payment rates will be only one-third of what will be paid by private insurance and only half of what is paid by Medicaid. Good luck to Grandma in finding a doctor then.
If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep him, President Obama promised in trying to sell Obamacare to the nation. But the question under Medicare now, after Obamacare, is whether your doctor will be willing to keep you.
Last month's Annual Report of the Medicare Board of Trustees revealed that Obamacare's total cuts to Medicare run to over $1 trillion over the first 10 years of full implementation, and to nearly $5 trillion over the first 20 years. These are cuts for seniors who are already retired!
Ultimately, by the end of the Trustees' Report projection period, Medicare Part A is cut by 60%. Medicare Part B is cut by 43%. Translation: this means the end of Medicare as we know it.
These are all primarily cuts in Medicare payments to the doctors and hospitals for the services, health care, and treatments they provide to the nation's seniors. That includes hip and knee replacements, sophisticated diagnostics through MRIs and CT scans, treatment for cancer and heart disease, and the services and care from the specialists that keep seniors functional and alive. If the government is not going to pay, then seniors are not going to get the health services, treatment and care they expect.
Indeed, the Medicare Chief Actuary reports that even before these cuts two-thirds of hospitals were already losing money on Medicare patients. Health providers will either have to withdraw from serving Medicare patients, or eventually go into bankruptcy.
These draconian Medicare cuts were the basis for the CBO score repeatedly cited by President Obama that Obamacare would actually reduce the deficit while expanding or adopting three entitlement programs. Too bad the President never disclosed that in trying to sell Obamacare to the nation. Indeed, in his weekly radio address to the nation on August 14, it was these draconian Medicare cuts that President Obama was touting in lauding Obamacare for "adding at least a dozen years to the fiscal health of Medicare -- the single longest extension in history." (Only a dozen years because most of the money raided from Medicare is taken to finance Obamacare.) The President thinks he can play seniors for fools.
Obama's Medicare policy is like trying to maintain our national defense by refusing to pay the people who make the tanks, the planes, the ships, the guns, the bullets, and the bombs. How long do you think our national defense would last under that policy? The same goes for Medicare now under Obamacare.
Contrast this policy atrocity with the proposed reforms to Medicare under Rep. Paul Ryan's Roadmap for America. Ryan is the ranking Republican on the House Budget Committee who will become the Committee Chairman after this fall's elections. The Congressional Budget Office has scored Ryan's Roadmap as achieving full and permanent solvency for Social Security, full and permanent solvency for Medicare, and a permanently balanced federal budget, without tax increases.
Ryan's Roadmap, which he fully explains in a website devoted entirely to the Roadmap, includes no cuts in Social Security or Medicare, or changes of any sort, for today's seniors. The reforms apply only to those who are under age 55 today. For those future retirees, he would reform Medicare into Medicare Advantage for everyone. Medicare Advantage is the option already existing under Medicare allowing seniors to choose private insurance coverage for their benefits under the program, which nearly one-fourth of seniors have already chosen because it gives them a better deal.
Just as in Medicare Advantage today, future seniors under Ryan's Roadmap would be able to use Medicare funds to choose from a wide range of private insurance options, including the highly beneficial and empowering Health Savings Accounts. The funding for these options would grow more slowly over time for higher income and healthier seniors, and so they would have to pay some more out of their pockets for the coverage. That is how the long-term Medicare financing gaps are closed and full solvency for Medicare achieved. Additional funding is provided, however, for low and modest income, and less healthy, seniors, so they are fully protected from any higher costs.
But this is too much filthy capitalism for President Obama, and his modern new socialist Democrats, so they wrongly trash it. But unlike Obamacare's wild and irresponsible Medicare cuts, this is a carefully designed and structured reform plan, which is far better for future seniors, taxpayers, and America.

Politicians do things that make you shake your head and ponder this question, what were they thinking? Case and point Congressman Maurice Hinchey. Hinchey traveled to the communist country of Cuba to try and end the trade embargo that the United States has on Cuba. Before I continue with the story let me give you some bio on what Fidel Castro has done to Cuba. Thousands of Cubans have died in front of Castro's infamous firing squad. Even before the triumph of the Revolution, Castro and his gang were prone to murder those who disagreed with them. A cop killer that was convicted of killing a New Jersey State Trooper escaped from prison and deflected to Cuba and Castro has refused to turn the prisoner over To the U.S. Cubans cannot watch or listen to independent, private, or foreign broadcasts. Cubans cannot read books, magazines or newspapers unless they have been approved/published by the government. And now the rest of the story. A fundraiser was held for Maurice Hinchey titled “Maurice Hinchey goes to Cuba”. The flier that was designed for the event depicted some photos of Hinchey’s trip to Cuba. One photo in particular that has sparked an outrage is a photo of Hinchey and Castro together. It’s appalling that a sitting member of the house of representatives would want their picture taken with one of the ruthless dictators of our time, but it’s simply outrageous that Hinchey would use the photo as a fundraising tool. The Tea Party Express celebrated another election victory tonight, marking the end to a very successful primary campaign season.
Below is a list of those who we’ve endorsed as ‘heroes’ or spent money.
The Tea Party Express also targeted a number of candidates who ultimately ended up losing/retiring. We launched a $250,000 “Defeat Bart Stupak” campaign and brought our Tea Party Express 3-bus convoy into his district with 6 tea party rallies in his congressional district (the most we’ve ever held in a politician’s district).
After spending $60,000 on radio and TV ads, Stupak announced his retirement, right while we were in the middle of a rally against him in Escanaba, MI (in the Upper Peninsula, and again in Stupak’s district). We announced we were targeting Arlen Specter, and produced a TV ad for Pat Toomey, and then Specter left the GOP and then lost in the Democrat Primary.
We also announced we were targeting Democrat Congressman Alan Mollohan of West Virginia, and he lost too. And most notably, beyond spending over $550,000 supporting Sharron Angle’s GOP primary campaign (launching it when she was at just 5% in the polls), we’ve also waged $500,000 campaign against Harry Reid and expect to spend at least several hundred thousand dollars more to defeat him too.

Fellow patriots - we wanted to give you a quick update on the fierce battle for the U.S. Senate seat in Delaware. This was the seat Joe Biden held, and we are DETERMINED to make sure that he is replaced in the Senate by a no-holds-barred constitutional conservative.
The problem we are running into is that the GOP establishment here is pulling out all the stops to help elect Liberal RINO Mike Castle. They say he has a better chance to win in November because of his liberal voting record (he voted for the bailouts, he voted for Cap & Trade, he voted for taxpayer funding of abortions and to give in-state tuition to illegal aliens).
Get this: Mike Castle is so liberal, he not only opposes the repeal of ObamaCare, but he was one of the last U.S. Senators to announce how he'd vote on ObamaCare because he was thinking of voting FOR it.
Mike Castle has about $2.5 million he can still spend. The only way we here at the Tea Party Express can feel confident to win this race is if we expand our own campaign activities, and that means buying ads on Philadelphia TV stations - some of the most expensive stations in the nation (because of the size of the audience they reach).
You see, to reach voters in northern Delaware, beyond just being on cable TV, radio stations, newspaper ads and direct mail, you simply HAVE to be on Philly TV. That's what everyone in the heavily populated northern part of the state watches, and that is where we will get the votes to win this race.
We're in the middle of a $200,000 MoneyBomb, and have done well so far, just crossing $50,000. But we're probably going to have to raise the goal so we can go do a heavy advertising buy on Philadelphia TV and radio stations. So we need your help, and the help of conservatives and tea party activists across the nation!

Governor Brewer is rightly taking a stand against Barack Obama's egregious attempt to place Arizona under the jurisdiction of dictators and despots on the United Nations Council on Human Rights for attempting to secure its border.

On August 31, this coming Tuesday, the Muslim Brotherhood-associated “Coordinating Council of Muslim Organizations” (CCMO) will bring 25-30 Muslim leaders of 20 national Muslim groups to attend a special workshop presented by the White House and U.S. Government agencies (Agriculture, Education, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services etc.) to provide the groups “funding, government assistance and resources.” The workshop will apparently provide special access for these Muslim Brotherhood organizations: the organizers pledge to provide “direct access” and “cut through red tape.” Government and Muslim groups will hold an Iftar dinner (breaking the fast of Ramadan) after the workshop.
The event was announced in an email newsletter sent August 27 by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism finance trial, long associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, the global Islamist network (great backgrounder here from Hudson Institute). Here are three key paragraphs from the email (the entire article on the August 31 event from the ISNA email is pasted below this post as reference):
This year, a phenomenal next step has been made where government iftars become coupled with workshops to provide resources and benefit the Muslim community. The US Department of Agriculture (DOA) and the Coordinating Council of Muslim Organizations (CCMO) have paired the first of such events, scheduled for August 31, 2010.
…Leaders from Muslim organizations around the nation, particularly social service organizations, are invited to a workshop with representatives from the DOA, Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, Health and Human Services, the White House, Department of Education, the Department of Homeland Security, and more. Twenty five to thirty Muslim leaders representing 20 Muslim organizations are expected to attend the workshop.
According to a representative of CCMO, this workshop is designed to clarify how Muslim nonprofits, mosques, Islamic centers, and social service organizations can strengthen their communities through more direct access to opportunities provided to social service agencies at the Federal level. “It will hopefully help cut through some of the red tape and shine light on the many opportunities for funding, government assistance, and resources that we just don’t know about at the local level,” said Elsanousi.
The Problem: Your Money, redistributed to the Muslim Brotherhood
This workshop constitutes an abdication of their professional responsibility by all government participants – and a taxpayer-funded government stimulus program for the attending Muslim Brotherhood-associated groups. The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in 1928, is a global Islamist political movement dedicated to imposing Shariah law on all nations and institutions. Their credo is “Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”
Why do we think some of these groups attending, possibly all, may be associated with the Muslim Brotherhood?
Because the sponsoring organization – the Coordinating Council of Muslim Organizations (CCMO), co-sponsoring with the Department of Agriculture – has a long history of associations with the Muslim Brotherhood. They also signed a 2009 American Muslim Task Force statement threatening to “suspend” relations with the FBI, because the FBI was investigating possible links to homegrown terrorism in mosques and other Muslim organizations.
Not so evident on the current website, of course. This happens all the time with groups associated with the Muslim Brotherhood – the current CCMO website has a LOT less information than the older ones preserved at archive.org (aka “The Wayback Machine”). Here are the previous websites for the CCMO from 2004-2008. The pre-whitewashed CCMO websites are highly revealing. They expose the degree to which this Administration intends to direct taxpayer money (and “reduced red tape”) to Muslim Brotherhood-associated organizations in the U.S.
The Administration has not revealed which 20 groups and 25-30 leaders will attend the special workshop, but if they include the 41 CCMO members listed in 2007, the attendees could include the following groups , which I’ve linked to descriptions published by The Investigative Project (please support their work):
The Islamic Society of North America, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Terrorism Finance trial, and the source of Friday’s email promoting this CCMO/Department of Agriculture Event;
The Council on American Islamic Relations, shunned by the FBI, several of its leaders indicted or convicted for terrorism, a possible violator of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, sued for fraud by Muslim, Hispanic and African-American families, named as an unindicted co-conspirator (CAIR fundraiser advertised at the CCMO site);
The International Institute of Islamic Thought , the “think tank” of the Muslim Brotherhood, described at that link by The Grand Jihad author and former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy. One of the current and longest serving officers of CCMO is Imam Johari Abdul-Malik, founder of the educational arm of IIIT, the Fairfax Institute and the Director of Outreach Program for Dar-ul Hijrah “Terror” Mosque – more on him below.

The Obama administration appears to be proceeding with a novel way of financing trillion-dollar budget deficits by forcing IRA and 401(k) holders to buy Treasury bonds by mandating the placement of government-structured annuities in their investment accounts.
The requirement to invest private retirement assets has been cleverly buried within plans to create "automatic IRAs" that would mandate employer groups enroll all employees in 401(k) or IRA plans.
The U.S. Department of Labor released yesterday an agenda for an upcoming joint hearing with the Department of the Treasury scheduled for Sept. 14 and 15 on whether government life-time annuity options funded by U.S. Treasury debt should be required for private retirement accounts, including IRAs and 401(k) plans.
WND reported in January that Assistant Labor Secretary Phyllis C. Borzi and Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Mark Iwry are planning to stage a public comment period before implementing regulations that would require private investors to structure IRA and 401(k) accounts into what could amount to a U.S. Treasury debt-backed government annuity.
In a 2010 budget blueprint unveiled Feb. 26, President Obama proposed that employers sponsoring 401(k) plans or other defined contribution plans should be required to offer automatic enrollment in these plans, or in direct-deposit IRAs, as steps that would change the nation's voluntary retirement plan into a government-mandated nationalized program.
With the Treasury needing to sell another $1.4 to $1.5 trillion in government debt to finance the anticipated fiscal year 2010 federal budget deficit, the Obama administration is obviously scrambling to find ways to sell government debt without having to raise interest rates.
Under ERISA, the Department of Labor regulates approximately 700,000 private pension plans, with approximately $4.7 trillion in assets.

The grass-roots conservative FreedomWorks organization has received so many death threats in the run-up to the midterm elections that the organization is moving its headquarters.
"Yes, it's constant, and we are going to have to move up to Capitol Hill," FreedomWorks spokesman Adam Brandon tells Newsmax.
The threats are coming in via phone and e-mail, and have escalated to the point that the organization has decided it must move into a high-security building near the Capitol building.

Many of the threats are said to involve high-profile FreedomWorks Chairman and former Rep. Dick Armey, who has become a de facto spokesman for the tea party movement.
Sources tell Newsmax some threats are veiled, while others are explicit. Many are profanity-laced telephone calls, and some imply the use of weapons
"It's not like we think there's an imminent threat coming tomorrow," Brandon tells Newsmax. "It's that it just doesn't stop, and we're concerned that somebody someday is going to have a screw loose."
FreedomWorks officials expect the intensity of the threats to increase as the November elections draw near. But the organization, which has played a central role in nurturing the various tea party organizations, is putting off its move until after the elections to avoid any disruption of its activities.
In addition to moving to a more secure building, Brandon says the organization also may hire additional security guards.
Paul Bedard of U.S. News & World Report's Washington Whispers blog reports some calls the group has received even target conservative radio hosts.
One recorded message stated "we are going to destroy and obliterate Rush [Limbaugh] and Sean Hannity," said another. "Those two guys are dead."
Brandon comments: "We've all kind of just gotten used to it to an extent. You just let it go to voicemail and then you move on."

In a politically motivated case, Attorney General Eric
Holder has filed suit against Mary. Actually, Mary's case
appears to be part of a "crackdown" on pro-life demonstrators

abortionist George Tiller was killed in 2009. Using the
Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) for cover,
Holder alleges that Pine "obstructed" a car entering a
Florida abortion clinic nearly a year ago, on November
19, 2009.
Holder's suit alleges that Pine poses an immediate threat
and therefore must be fined the maximum penalty of $10,000.
But it doesn't add up: If Mary's alleged offense is so
egregious that it must be immediately and severely dealt
with, why wait for over nine months to file a complaint?

MIR ALI, Pakistan – The Taliban hinted Thursday they may launch attacks against foreigners helping Pakistan respond to the worst floods in the country's history, saying their presence was "unacceptable." The U.N. said it would not be deterred by violent threats.
The militant group has attacked aid workers in the country before, and an outbreak of violence could complicate a relief effort that has already struggled to reach the 8 million people who are in need of emergency assistance.
Pakistani Taliban spokesman Azam Tariq claimed the U.S. and other countries that have pledged support are not really focused on providing aid to flood victims but had other motives he did not specify.
"Behind the scenes they have certain intentions, but on the face they are talking of relief and help," Tariq told The Associated Press by telephone from an undisclosed location. "No relief is reaching the affected people, and when the victims are not receiving help, then this horde of foreigners is not acceptable to us at all."
He strongly hinted that the militants could resort to violence, saying "when we say something is unacceptable to us, one can draw one's own conclusion."
U.N. humanitarian chief John Holmes said the U.N. remained committed to helping flood victims in Pakistan.

Barach Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within.
Barack Obama is my college classmate ( Columbia University , class of '83). As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University . They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.
-- Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?
-- Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."
-- Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.
-- Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America . But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.
-- Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America . The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.
-- Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition.
With the acts outlined above, Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.
Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Obama using the Cloward and Piven Plan.

The developers of the planned mosque near New York’s ground zero on Wednesday refused to rule out using funds from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Iran to build the $100 million project.
Mosque spokesman Oz Sultan was asked specifically whether the project’s fundraising would include Iran and Saudi Arabia.
“I can’t comment on that,” was Sultan’s “not-ruling-it-out” reply, the New York Post reported. “We’ll look at all available options within the United States to start.”
Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the leader of the Park51 mosque project planned for a site two blocks from ground zero, has told officials he would raise money for the mosque and community center from local Muslims, foundations and the sale of bonds.
But earlier this year he admitted to a London-based Arab newspaper that his fundraising would also extend to Muslim nations around the world. Rauf is now touring the Middle East on behalf of the State Department.
The Post observed: “The possibility of tapping the radical rogue Islamic state of Iran for funds comes as the United States just last month stepped up sanctions on the regime in retaliation for its support of terrorism and what is feared to be an illegal nuclear weapons development program.”
Meanwhile a Siena Research Institute poll released on Wednesday showed that 63 percent of New York State voters now oppose construction of the mosque near ground zero, up from 61 percent two weeks ago.
And a Time magazine survey found that 61 percent of Americans oppose the mosque, with 44 percent agreeing that the project would “be an insult to those who died” in the 9/11 attacks.

GLENN BECK, HOST: You know, I'm just sitting here, looking at something — because I ran so late — look at this. This is from the Democratic Socialists of America, all these people involved with the DSA.
Just look at this. Where's camera 3 — there it is. Look at this: "The alternative to capitalism is Democratic socialism." Is that the change you were hoping for, America?
I want to have a conversation with you here. Gosh, I don't know why people watch this show. This is the weirdest show in history, but it's just you and me.
I've been getting mail from people telling me they are afraid to come to 8/28 because they're hearing, you know, there's going to be trouble with the Black Panthers there or whatever. I get it. That's what they wanted.
You know, one of the reasons we started the 9/12 Project? Is so people can come together and overcome their fears and they could stand on principles.
I went back and I looked at the 9/12 mission statement. Ask yourself these questions:
Do you watch the direction of America has been taking and feel powerless to stop it?
Do you believe your voice isn't loud enough to be heard over the noise anymore?
Do you read the headlines every day and feel an empty pit in your stomach as if you're alone and you're seeing your neighbor's house burn down and there is nothing you can do?

Fear is the way they get you to do nothing. It's a tool. They terrorize you. They call you names.
Many of these people are nothing more than terrorists — economic terrorists, free speech terrorists, religious terrorists, racial terrorists. They are attempting to silence you through terror.
They haven't gone through a flight school or strapped bombs to their chests or anything like that, but they are terrorists just the same. I have no problem with them — I have no problem with this. You think this is the answer? Good. Let's debate that. But they — they won't actually come out and tell you the truth. You don't have to put up with it any longer.
You surround them. Stand up peacefully. Stand up for yourself. Stand up for your rights. Stand up for your way of life. Stand up for liberty.
Martin Luther King knew one thing — if you — if you want to succeed you must have faith in the American people. Because when you put hatred and violence and fear side by side with faith and determination, people become as strong as the mountains. And you put those two things side by side and the American people will always pick this — always, every time.
I know it's tough. I know it's tough to stand up in the union halls to your union leaders. You're not the bad guy here. You're in the union. You know — I know you. You don't condone the strong-arm tactics. You don't condone them giving all their money to these — to these politicians, left or right. You do not agree with the beat downs that they're administering, like the one in St. Louis.
Stand up like they did in Missouri to the politicians. Continue to do it and if they don't listen to you, do it again. You stand up and you talk, even if no one will listen. You talk to your family and friends. You get down on your knees, most importantly, and you pray. You beg forgiveness for our country. You beg forgiveness. You beg for understanding. You beg for inspiration. You beg for protection on our president, on our Congress, on our land.
And then you reach out and lock arms with fellow Americans. You are not going to agree with people on everything. You are not supposed to.
The progressives are going to go crazy over this monologue. I don't care. They will scream and whine about me calling them terrorists, despite the fact that they do it to you and me on a daily basis.
They'll scream that there is nothing wrong with what Congress has done or what the president and administration has done so far. Well, let's see.
In America I don't think we take over the auto industry. We don't take over health care. We listen to the people.
They've taken over the banks and other institutions. They've completely changed the way money flows through the system and you don't know it yet or your neighbors probably don't.
They have given themselves the ability to seize any institution they deem a threat. Meanwhile, exempting the government-sponsored entities most responsible for the mortgage meltdown — Fannie and Freddie — don't even look there.
They have taken control of the student loans.
They have, through regulation, not legislation, set up a system to take control of energy in our homes.
They are circulating memos in the administration that would effectively grant amnesty to illegals, again, without Congress.
They have radically altered our relationships with our strongest allies, our longest allies, our only allies.
They have, as promised, fundamentally transformed our country.
We do not need to transform. All we need to do is restore our principles.
And I don't care what Washington does. I no longer care what they say. I know the truth. Two plus two equals four.
Will you promise yourself and your family that you will never answer five or six or two? Will you?

BECK: I'm asking those of you who have not stood yet to stand. We do not need to transform. We need to restore principles.
I found something that we're going to share on tomorrow night's show and I want to show it to you now. It's from an Air Force training manual from 1954 — I'll show you the actual manual tomorrow night:
"The idea uppermost in the minds of men who founded the United States was that each and every human being was important. They were convinced that the importance of the individual did not come from any grant of the state, that the importance of the individual did not come from any position that he had achieved nor from any power he had acquired nor from any wealth he had amassed.
"They knew that the importance of man came from the very source of his life. Because man was made in the image and likeness of God, he had a destiny to achieve. And because he had a destiny to achieve, he had the inalienable right and the inherent freedom to achieve it."
That was in our Air Force manual in 1954. How far we have fallen.
Look, I don't know what your destiny is. I don't know. Maybe you are supposed to achieve it while you are poor or rich — that is meaningless stuff. But you are here for a reason and it isn't to sit on the sidelines and it isn't to get violent.
We've been transformed. When we talk about taking our country back from the left yells: Oh, from a black man? I could care less what color he is. Content of character. It's not even worthy of a response anymore.
We're not taking the country back from Barack Obama. I was saying these things under George W. Bush. I couldn't care less.
We are taking it back from the transformers, the progressives who have been slowly but surely redirecting our path for 100 years. Obama is just the latest in a long line — maybe the boldest.
Do you realize that you are living in historic times? Do you realize that? Do you realize your children and grandchildren will ask about this time? The time to sit on the couch and to do nothing and watch "America Idol" has passed.
So now what? What do you do? What do you do? I'll help you with that. I want to show you something that sits in my office now that I look at every day, next.

BECK: A couple months ago, when the flotilla was going on, I spoke about the defense of Israel and the defense of Jews having the right to live. And I did two shows on it and pretty alone and got a lot of heat.
But somebody — he was writing on a biography of a guy name Dietrich Bonhoeffer. I've never heard of him. He is a hero on the left. But they look at his politics; I look at his character.
This guy — he sent me a box and I opened it up. It now sits in my office. And I brought it into the studio because I want you to see it.
Dietrich Bonhoeffer — you need to read about this guy. He was unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable.
He was a Lutheran minister in Germany. And in 1933, he was on the radio when Hitler took office and seized power. And he said, this is wrong. There is something wrong here. And they shut him off. They took the radio station off the air before the end of hour.
He lasted almost until the end of war. It didn't end well for him.
He was one of the first people to say — stand up. He tried to get preachers to gather together and put their differences aside and stand up with the Jews. We have to.
During that two-day period when I was talking about the Israeli flotilla, I told you then that you're not going to be held guiltless if you don't stand up. And I said, you know, people think that they can stay silent and then they're not involved, but their silence is speech.
I got this two days later:
"Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."
I look at this every single day. We are teaching our children. We are teaching — every time you watch this show and you are screaming at the TV, "he's right!" but then, you don't do anything.
Every time you say — you come home — you think your kids aren't listening and you talk about the union bosses you work for and you say, "This is wrong." But you just keep the job because you need the money.
Look, I understand. I understand. I understand. But it's the next generation that is going to redeem us. What are we teaching our kids? What are we doing?
It comes back again to 8/28. Don't teach your children that you are powerless. You were born at this time for a reason. Your kids have been born at this time for a reason. Show them what that reason is.
Stand up. Come and join me, arm in arm, the steps of Lincoln Memorial, 8/28. Leave your signs at home. Bring your children.

How far we have fallen...

GLENN BECK, HOST: You know, I'm just sitting here, looking at something — because I ran so late — look at this. This is from the Democratic Socialists of America, all these people involved with the DSA.
Just look at this. Where's camera 3 — there it is. Look at this: "The alternative to capitalism is Democratic socialism." Is that the change you were hoping for, America?
I want to have a conversation with you here. Gosh, I don't know why people watch this show. This is the weirdest show in history, but it's just you and me.
I've been getting mail from people telling me they are afraid to come to 8/28 because they're hearing, you know, there's going to be trouble with the Black Panthers there or whatever. I get it. That's what they wanted.
You know, one of the reasons we started the 9/12 Project? Is so people can come together and overcome their fears and they could stand on principles.
I went back and I looked at the 9/12 mission statement. Ask yourself these questions:
Do you watch the direction of America has been taking and feel powerless to stop it?
Do you believe your voice isn't loud enough to be heard over the noise anymore?
Do you read the headlines every day and feel an empty pit in your stomach as if you're alone and you're seeing your neighbor's house burn down and there is nothing you can do?

A Message to Conservatives & Tea Party Activists

If you've been watching the news media lately, you've no doubt seen the press stories where the NAACP has been attacking the tea party movement as racists. They've even tried to turn conservatives and tea party activists against each other.
It's something I saw coming from a mile away. When I wrote the "American Tea Party Anthem" I included the following line in the song:
"So when they call you a racist, because you disagree, it's just another of their dirty tricks, to silence you and me."
And guess what: it's not going to work, and we are NOT going to be silenced.
The fight for our country's future is so important, and there is so much work that needs to be done by each of us.
I got involved in this tea party movement as a proud American (not a hyphenated-American, just a regular American like you and every other proud patriot) because I love this nation and what it was founded on. There is no other country in the world that celebrates and empowers the freedom of the individual as the United States does.
Our Founding Fathers left us a legacy of freedom that each generation must work to protect and uphold.
Sadly, corrupt politicians have sold us out and taken away some of those freedoms in recent years. They've grown the size and intrusiveness of the federal government. They've strapped us with massive amounts of debt. Our children and grandchildren will be dealing with these problems if we don't take action now.
Now here's the good news: Despite the media and the Left's attempts to derail this tea party movement over the past two weeks, the tea party movement has grown stronger, not weaker. We here at the Tea Party Express have had some of our strongest fundraising pushes for two of the U.S. Senate candidates we have made a priority: Sharron Angle in Nevada and Joe Miller in Alaska. During this time we've raised more than $200,000 to support their campaigns, and I want to thank you for that great support.
So how do we best push back against the attacks from the media and the Left? We work even harder. We fight with even great zeal and determination. And we realize that the ONLY reason we've come under so much fire from our opponents is because of how successful we've been thus far.
So, again, let's keep it up. We raised $200,000 the past two weeks helping conservative Sharron Angle defeat Harry Reid and conservative Joe Miller defeat RINO (Liberal Republican) Lisa Murkowski. I challenge you all to help us do even better for these next two weeks!

GLENN: $554,763 spent on replacing windows on a visitor's center in Washington State that closed its door three years ago. Your stimulus dollars at work. $762,372 was given to the University of North Carolina Charlotte for dance draw. What ?
PAT: What's dance draw?
GLENN: Dance draw. It's like YouTube of dance or Dance Tube.
PAT: Okay.
GLENN: This will allow choreographers to explore interactive dance without having a full cast of dancers present.
PAT: Oh. Now the country's fixed.
GLENN: $762,372.
PAT: That will help the economy.
GLENN: We don't have steel mills anymore. We don't lead the world in any kind of industry anymore. We don't make refrigerators or televisions because we're going to do all the paperwork. We're going to be the finance people. Oh, no, we're not going to do that anymore. I think we're going to lead the world in dance tube.
STU: Really ? Because I was planning a run for a Constitutional amendment on choreography, but I think this pretty much takes care of it.
PAT: Does it? Do you think this is enough?
STU: I don't think we need to do more.
GLENN: We've got more. $62.5 million for a light rail tunnel under the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh. Do you know why? Go on. Ask me why.
PAT: Why, Glenn?
GLENN: Really? Do you want to know? This is a stimulus this is going to change people's lives.
STU: I want to know.
GLENN: All right. I'm going to tell you, then. They want to connect sports stadiums to the casinos.
PAT: Oh, I love of that.
GLENN: Uh huh.
PAT: I love that.
GLENN: That's going to fix America. That is fixing America. It's the light rail that I'm for. Usually I think a light rail is just a bunch of hogwash. I'm for this because of the jobs it creates and saves.
PAT: Yeah. An think of the convenience of going right from a PNC park directly to the casino.
GLENN: $73 million for two fire stations in San Antonio. $73 million for two fire stations in San Antonio. $11.2 million to convert a tiny closed down train station into a museum.
PAT: Wow.
GLENN: $1.9 million to fund the study of ants.
PAT: Those are exotic ants.
GLENN: Not just regular ants. Oh, exotic ants, like the one that's living here illegally and we don't deport?
PAT: No. Glenn Beck baselessly accuses the government of studying just regular ants. No, no.
GLENN: No. You said exotic ants. They're from another country.
PAT: No, no.
GLENN: Okay. $90,000 for new sidewalks in Boynton, Oklahoma, to replace five year old sidewalks, five year old. They're five years old $90,000.
PAT: You don't want ---
GLENN: Well, the sidewalk also leads to a ditch.
STU: Yeah, but the ditch is in good shape.
GLENN: $40 million for upgraded office space and indoor parking for Kansas law makers, $40 million. $50 million for WNBA practice facilities in Connecticut. I didn't even know that the WNBA was still -- $15.8 million no bid contract to
PAT: Halliburton. Is it Halliburton? No big contract. Halliburton. Another no big contract for Halliburton.
GLENN: No, it's not Halliburton, no, but it's $15.8 million no bid contract to clean up the environmental mess that they helped create…. 762,372 to a Georgia Tech professor so he can study improvised music.
PAT: That's good.
GLENN: Improvised music.
PAT: That's great.
STU: That's creating a job, because he had a job and now he has two jobs. So
GLENN: What's great is it's improvised music. If we can take that $762,372 and combine it with the same amount to the University of North Carolina Charlotte for the dance draw, maybe we can get improvised music and dance tube
STU: Well, Glenn, if you've said it once, you've said it a thousand times. The problem with this country is preplanned music. You have to start improvising music.
GLENN: Can I tell you something?
STU: It was Woodrow Wilson who created preplanned music. He's the one that did it.
GLENN: When did the player piano start? Exactly right. Around that time period
PAT: If not a little bit before.
GLENN: Because music anticipates what's coming. Do you see what I mean? They're artists. They know.

GLENN: And I think, really, if we're going to do the bees know, don't we all have to say the bees know

GLENN: It doesn't really work. okay. Here we go. Now, this one's not going to piss you off, America. We're just going over stimulus package and how the money has been spent. $144,541 to get monkeys high on cocaine to see how they respond.
STU: That's interesting.
PAT: I didn't know.
GLENN: Is there a problem with monkeys?
PAT: You want the know what's going to happen if you get your monkeys stoned.
STU: You don't want to get them high. You don't want to do that.
GLENN: I know people get their babies stoned. I've seen the YouTube videos. I haven't seen the Dance Tube on it, but I've seen the YouTube individuals where people take they babies they should go to jail for this and blow the smoke of pot or something in the baby's face, which is always so cute when you've done that to an infant. But is somebody wasting their cocaine on their monkeys?
STU: Happens all the time. A huge problem in America.
GLENN: I mean, as a former cocaine user, I wouldn't have shared my cocaine with my best friend. And by the way, my best friend was Pat --
PAT: He never asked.
GLENN: I wouldn't have shared it. In fact, he would have probably called the police.
